Welcome Jim Brown of Lubbock, Texas. He and his wife, Diana, have called Lubbock home the last 33 years where he pastored First Baptist Church at Claude, Texas, and Monterey Baptist Church. Diana is a retired school teacher and taught 32 years in public education. Together they share a son, Beau, and a daughter, Jenny Seal, and five grandchildren.

Jim has worked with many churches in seasons of transition. He graduated from West Texas State University in Canyon, Texas, and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, Texas.
